About Trisha Fey

I'm Trisha Fey — a professional dancer/actress and pole artist (ex-$tripper) based in Los Angeles.

I help pole dancers stop shrinking, stop second-guessing themselves, and step into visibility, confidence, and paid opportunities. Because talent isn't the problem — presence is.

I found pole during a major life shift after my divorce, and it completely changed how I move, show up, and take up space. The first time I ever performed, I fell — and still made over $1,200 on stage. That moment taught me what most dancers never learn:

People don't pay for perfection. They pay for presence.

Since then, I've worked as a professional pole dancer with artists and productions including Future, Metro Boomin, Julia Michaels, Hacks Season 4, and more. In 2025, I booked my biggest professional pole job to date with Euphoria Season 3 and generated five figures from that job alone. I'm signed with Movement Talent Agency.

That same year, I got a concussion on a different job and walked away with $100.

Five figures from one booking. One hundred dollars from another job that could have ended my career. Same body, same year.

That was the whole lesson. My entire income lived inside a body that could fail without warning — and when it did, it wouldn't pay me a severance. So I stopped waiting for the next booking to save me and built a company instead. Six figures in under six months.

I didn't start with connections, referrals, or shortcuts. I invested and worked my way into this industry — classes, intensive professional dance programs, auditions — and built my reputation through consistency, embodiment, and showing up before anyone was watching.

The opportunities came after the work. And most importantly, after I trusted myself.
