10 Day BE SEEN Challenge
Glow Up and Be Seen
by Trisha Fey
Â
This list is for the pole dancer who is already booking gigs or have performance under their belt.
This gives you an insight to a professional dancerâs list of business tasks I committed to during a âslow booking season.â
Keep in mind that some tasks may not apply to your journey at this point, but may down the road.
I did these in 10 days time whilst tracking my actions and posting my progress everyday
Most dancers don't lack the skill - they lack the entrepreneur mindset.
When I first moved to LA, I said yes to everything.
It worked â but it exhausted me.
The moment I stopped over-efforting and started choosing myself, everything shifted. I realized that being specific and intentional was more magnetic than being everywhere.
When I embodied that, the right opportunities found me.
I know youâll feel that shift too.

Book HereAbout Trisha Fey
Hey, Iâm Trisha Fey, a professional dancer, actress, and pole artist (ex-$tripper) based in Los Angeles.
I help pole dancers stop shrinking, stop second-guessing themselves, and step into visibility and opportunities. Talent isnât the problem. Presence is.
I found pole after my divorce, and it changed how I move, show up, and take up space. The first time I performed, I fell and still made over $1,200 on stage. That taught me what most dancers never learn:
People donât pay for perfection. They pay for presence.
Since then Iâve danced with Future, Metro Boomin, Julia Michaels, and on Hacks Season 4. Iâm signed with Movement Talent Agency. In 2025, I booked Euphoria Season 3 and made five figures from that one job.
That same year, I got a concussion on a different job and walked away with $100.
Same body. Same year. My whole income lived inside a body that could fail without warning. So I stopped waiting for the next booking to save me and built a company instead: six figures in under six months.
Your body is not your business. Itâs the marketing for your business.
I didnât start with connections or shortcuts. I built my reputation through classes, auditions, and showing up before anyone was watching.
There are far more talented pole dancers than visible ones. If you know youâre meant for more than the studio, more than posting and hoping to be discovered, more than waiting until you feel âreadyââŚ
Youâre in the right place.
